Position Overview

Seeking a Sales Associate who thinks beyond conventional sales playbooks, someone willing to experiment with new outreach channels and find unconventional ways to reach and engage potential customers. The ideal candidate will develop deep knowledge of Ollyo's products and use that understanding to identify leads, run engaging demos, and drive new business through both inbound and outbound channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Ollyo's products, and use that knowledge to identify and research potential leads

• Provide pre-sales support via live chat and email (inbound), and conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels (outbound) to generate new opportunities

• Explore and test new, unconventional marketing and outreach channels beyond existing methods

• Conduct engaging product demos, walkthroughs, and presentations, and help customers onboard smoothly afterward

• Collect and share customer feedback with product, marketing, and support teams, and contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training resources

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams, and represent the company in online communities

• Stay current on tech trends to understand customer needs, and meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified leads, demo bookings, and closed deals

• Maintain organized records of leads, outreach, and opportunities in the CRM

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field

• Strong communication and presentation skills (written & spoken English)

• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

• Problem-solving attitude with empathy and patience when dealing with customers

• Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)

Nice to have:

• Basic familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other website builders and no-code tools

• Previous experience in a tech/SaaS working environment

• Experience with LMS plugins, page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg), and Webflow
