Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong WordPress troubleshooting experience to help our customers resolve issues quickly and confidently. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to diagnose problems, manage support tickets independently, and ensure a smooth experience across our WordPress products.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve WordPress issues, including plugin/theme conflicts, site errors, and performance problems

• Use WP_DEBUG, error logs, FTP/cPanel, and related tools to investigate and fix reported issues

• Manage and independently resolve support tickets in a timely, organized manner

• Communicate clearly with customers, both in writing and over calls, to understand issues and explain solutions

• Reproduce bugs, document findings, and coordinate with the development team when escalation is needed

• Maintain a strong customer-first approach while balancing ticket volume and response times

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on WordPress troubleshooting experience

• Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL

• Experience working with WP_DEBUG, error logs, FTP/cPanel, and resolving plugin/theme conflicts

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong problem-solving skills and clear, patient customer communication

• Ability to manage support tickets independently, with minimal oversight

Nice to have:

• Experience with LMS plugins

• Familiarity with WooCommerce

• Experience with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg)

• Comfort with bug reporting and working with development teams on fixes
