Technical Content Developer/Writer

As a Technical Content Developer/Writer at Ollyo, you'll help us build out our library of technical and educational content.

Your work will be crucial in helping our users understand and get the most out of our products, whether it’s through clear documentation, engaging tutorials, or compelling educational videos.

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Multiformat content creation: Create content across multiple formats, including user guides, articles, and video tutorials, to help users succeed.

• Video-focused content: Write scripts, screencast, and produce tutorials and how-to lessons for our products.

• Support launches & campaigns: Plan and deliver content that aligns with product releases, marketing initiatives, and user needs.

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with SMEs to gain in-depth product knowledge and ensure accuracy across all resources.

• Translate complex topics: Turn technical concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging content.

• Improve existing content: Audit and refine the current content library to keep it accurate and effective.

Requirements & Preferences

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Basic SEO and content marketing knowledge.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Comfortable with an on-camera presence is a bonus.
